There is a sofa in the kitchen where you can put out so that you have a double bed.
The kitchen has a ceran-heater, a Mikrowave,ofen, a Toaster, a waterheater and a coffemaker.

From here you can visit town by feet or Strassenbahn (50 meters away). Supermarkets (Edeka and Norma) are 50 meters away. The main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) is 1,6 km away.

You can park your car for free in our parking area in the back yard.
