Attention: If our house rules and terms and conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to vacate the apartments immediately without having to repay the customer!
The apartments are intended exclusively for tourist or temporary use. Under no circumstances can the apartments be used as permanent residence. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to sublet the apartments.
The apartments may only be used as living space. Any kind of commercial or even immoral use (prostitution, etc.) is strictly forbidden!
(Our parking spaces and stairwells are video-monitored).
Arrival and departure:
Arrival is possible from 4 p.m.
If you arrive early, we will try to have the apartment ready but without any guarantee. In any case, you can already park the car in your own garage yard. The move-out on departure must be made by 10 a.m.
The checkout is fixed!
You are welcome to leave your car in the garage courtyard until 3 p.m.
If you are leaving by bus or train, we will be happy to provide you with the bicycle garage for your luggage until 3:00 p.m. (it will then receive the same code as your apartment).
(Of course, this only applies with reservations and only by prior arrangement!)
Alternatively, you can extend your apartment by one night for a fee - (as far as the booking situation allows).
In the interests of good neighborliness, we ask you to observe the public rest times such as lunch, night and Sunday rest. Out of consideration, silence should also be kept in the holiday apartment between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Pets / smoking
Dogs, cats and all pets are not allowed, as we often have allergy sufferers to visit - if someone smuggles in a dog, we charge an additional fee of 250 euros and you have to leave the house immediately . The same applies if someone smokes in the apartments!
Payment has to be made before arrival! - If this is not possible due to late arrival - the money will be collected in the morning the next day! - No transfer copies or the like will be accepted .... The money must be in the account or in cash! - A deposit is required for cash payments or bank transfers!
When paying by credit card (Master or Visacard) you can send me your details by email or phone. I need the data when booking. The credit card will be charged one month prior to arrival or, in the case of short-term bookings (i.e. less than 30 days prior to arrival), on the same or the following day.
(WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS PAYMENTS)
Down payment: 20% of the price within 7 days (receipt of account)
The remaining 80% of the total amount must be transferred no later than four weeks before arrival.
The full amount must be in our account on the day of arrival at the latest!
Invoices and payment confirmations are sent by email.
Cash payment is only accepted for short-term bookings - i.e. if the transfer is no longer accepted on the account in good time before arrival.
A deposit of EUR 50.00 is due for bank transfers. This does not apply to credit card payments (guests from abroad must provide a credit card!)
It will be charged 20 Euro if the dishes were not washed and the garbage was not disposed of in the large tonnes in garage yard.
Anyone smoking or smuggling pets in the apartments will be charged 250 euros .
Rebookings can be made free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the journey.
If less than 30 days before the start of the trip, 90 percent of the invoice amount will be retained. Cancellation / rebooking is only possible in writing (mail / post).
The guest is fully liable for willful destruction. The guest undertakes to treat the property with the necessary care. The host is not liable for personal injury or property of the guests. The guest is obliged to follow the operator's instructions. There is no liability for accidents. It is expected that guests behave accordingly carefully. Parents are responsible for their children. Excessive contamination will be charged according to the cleaning effort or damage incurred.
Nobody deliberately damages things, but that can happen to anyone
something breaks. We would be happy if you can recover the damage
notify us and we will find this out during the final cleaning, not after your departure.
The tenant is liable for damage to the amount of the replacement costs.
